PuZEK
Program characteristics
The PuZEK passportization system is a computer model of electroenergetic devices in a railway network. It contains information about devices and tools for efficient managing this model according to the users' reported needs. It is based on a ralational database, it uses SQL - developed by the IBM structural language of querries, used for supporting databases (the ANSI norm). The usage of the relational database for storing information and using the client/server architecture significantly increases the functionality of the application by all users' operation on the same database.
The main task of the PuZEK passportisation system is gathering and making available the data concerning all elements: characteristics, metrics, equipment, drawing documentation, inspections, repairs and failures.
Access to the database requires authorisation. The user on the basis of information written in the database can define the factual localisation of the individual elements - each device written in the database is assigned to the railway line in a specific kilometer. Numeration of the railway lines complies with the "D-29 Instruction".
The passportization system PuZEK is divided into two areas:
1.record data of the devices (the data area):
- passports
- service life
- drawing documentation
- register of failures, repairs, maintenance treatments, measurements
2.actions made on the database:
- reporting
- analyses
- counting
The range of the passportization system PuZEK database includes the following sections:
- rolling stock traction network
- return network
- traction substations
- section cabins
- transformer stations
- non-traction needs lines
- external lighting
- turnout electric heating
- remote control central control stations
- remote control
- cubature objects
- HV power supply lines
- LV power supply lines
There is a possibility of extending it with other sections.
The PuZEK passportization system has many characteristics influencing the company management. Some of them are:
